The Sunmor Mug is a hand-thrown ceramic mug with a generous 12–14 oz capacity, sized for a full cup of coffee or a long pot of tea. Its straight-sided form, pulled loop handle, and exposed clay foot give it the weight and warmth of a piece meant for daily use.
Each mug is finished in a glaze developed in-house over many years, from a soft turquoise to a speckled golden ochre that breaks and drips toward the rim. Because every piece is thrown individually on the wheel, slight variations in color, texture, and size are part of the process, and part of the appeal.
